A note about intuition...woven through all of my work is intuition. Listening, receiving, responding to the wisdom that is flowing. Ultimately my work is about getting out of my own way, bowing down to the wisdom of your being and allowing spirit to work through me - my hands, my voice, my being.
Acupuncture Sessions
Drop deep into yourself and allow your body to come into greater harmony with the magic and medicine of acupuncture and east Asian style body work. These sessions are focused on using acupuncture to bring you more balance, whether we are working on the physical, emotional or spiritual .
During a session we will take some time to connect, so I can learn more about the support and nourishment you seek. Then we will shift to hands on work and I will craft a treatment specific to your needs, blending together acupuncture and possibly some bodywork. Once you are comfortable you will have some time to rest with the needles. The sessions last around 50 to 60 minutes, depending how long you rest with the needles.

Energy exchange: $160/$125

Organic Intelligence™ is a nervous system coaching approach that focuses on bringing you back into harmony by connecting you to your own innate capacity and inner resources thus building capacity. It does this by interrupting old patterns and gently guiding you towards your true self- where your energy can then be used towards wellness, vitality and living a more meaningful, purposeful life. We engage in a free association conversation which allows an unfolding of what is ready to be seen and illuminates your inner and innate wisdom. I'll use a variety of gentle techniques to build capacity, support integration of previously overwhelming experiences and learn more about yourself and what is truly meaningful. These may include skillful following, image, sensory and somatic tracking, mindfulness, orientation to the external environment and gentle guidance.

Guided by intuition, these sessions weave together the various tools at my disposal. This may include nervous system coaching, intuitive counseling, intuitive acupuncture and bodywork, sound healing and stone and flower medicine. We will take time to connect so I can hear your story, what is on your mind and in your heart. Then we will shift to work hands on, allowing what we have discussed to be integrated through your entire body and being- maybe it is a new awareness, a letting go of something no longer serving you or whatever else may have arisen!

Embodied Root Work
I use gentle, safe therapies to help you connect more deeply to the power and sacredness of your root. I use a blend of therapies including Holistic Pelvic Care™, Chinese medicine, Organic Intelligence™, embodiment work and spirit work to help you release tension, harmonize your pelvic bowl and experience more ease on all levels.
