Offerings
ACUPUNCTURE SESSION follow up 60 minutes/initial session 75 minutes
Drop deep into yourself and allow your body to come into greater harmony with the magic and medicine or acupuncture and east Asian style body work. These sessions are focused on using acupuncture to bring more balance to you, whether we are working on the physical, emotional or spiritual levels .During a session we will take some time to connect, so I learn more about the support and nourishment you seek. Then we will shift to hands on work and I will craft a treatment specific to your needs, blending together acupuncture and possibly some bodywork. Once you are comfortable you will have some time to rest with the needles. The sessions last around 50 to 60 minutes, depending how long you rest with the needles.

DEEP DIVE SESSION follow up 75 minutes/initial session 90 minutes
In a sacred, safe space we will explore your emotional, spiritual and physical barriers to your healing as well as your innate resources. This first session is a chance for me to deeply listen and learn about you and your body's wisdom. Tapping into my knowledge and intuition, we will engage with a variety of healing tools and start on your path to recovery. These sessions may blend together any or all of the healing modalities I work with, depending on your needs.

NERVOUS SYSTEM COACHING 60 minutes (via Zoom)
Nervous system coaching sessions can help to explore resources that are already present within your system and amplify them to build capacity. During a session, I stay attuned to you and your needs to create safety and connection. We engage in a free association conversation which allows an unfolding of what is ready to be seen. I'll use a variety of gentle techniques to build capacity, support integration of previously overwhelming feelings/experiences.

Follow- up Acupuncture Session (60 minutes): $125
Deep Dive Healing Sessions:
Initial Deep Dive Sessions (90 minutes): $235
Follow-up Deep Dive Sessions (75 minutes): $195

$499/package of 4 sessions, intended to be used with in 2 months time.*
*I offer a limited number of reduced rate sessions, these are mostly offered to those in marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ, disabled). Please contact me if you are needing this extra support.
